By downloading or using any application developed by 100 Factories (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our applications.

1. Use of Our Applications

Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the applications in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications.
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our applications.
• Distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our applications.
• Use the applications to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of 100 Factories and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of our applications without our express written permission.

3. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our applications or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use or integrate with third-party services. By using our applications, you acknowledge and agree that the following third-party services may be used:

• Google Play Services — Required for core functionality on Android devices.
• Google AdMob — Used for displaying advertisements.
• Pangle — Used for displaying advertisements.
• AppLovin — Used for displaying advertisements.
• Meta (Facebook) SDK — Used for analytics and advertising.
• Firebase — Used for analytics, crash reporting, and other backend services.

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. We encourage you to review these policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100 Factories and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our applications.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our applications.
• Any errors or omissions in any content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our applications after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
